Nucleus + Single-cell
Suspension Preparation Platform
Singulator 100 single-cell (nucleus) suspension preparation system is a fully automated tissue dissociation system from S2 Genomics, enabling fast, automated and standardized dissociation of solid tissue into single-cell (nucleus) suspension. With this system, researchers can easily obtain highly active single-cell (nucleus) suspension. As such this system is suitable for use in genomics, cell biology and many other applications.
Capable of dissociating as little as 1mg of tissue samples of fragile cells such as protoplasts and nucleus
• Capable of dissociating samples ranging from 1 mg to 1000 mg .Suitable for human, mouse/rat/spiny rat, zebra fish, bee, Arabidopsis thaliana, etc. Compatible with most dissociation reagents
Nucleus and single cell dissociation with high yield
• 1,000-500,000/mg for single cell dissociation .Single cell viability is 85%-95% .2,000-600,000/mg for nucleus dissociation .Constant temperature at 6°C, room temperature and 37°C
"One-button" automatic dissociation
• Multiple built-in dissociation protocols, "one-button" setting for input of tissue and output of cell/nucleus. Improved uniformity, repeatable results for similar samples in different laboratories, and reduced variability in cell transcript. Monitoring of dissociation process making it easy to track entire process
Fast dissociation
• 7-12 minutes for cell nucleus dissociation .20-30 minutes for dissociation of tissue into single-cell suspension
