WOLF cell analysis, sorting & monoclonal plating device is an all-in-one solution for cell analysis, cell sorting and monoclonal plating offered by NanoCellect Biomedical Inc. WOLF's gentle sorting mechanism (< 2 psi), low shear stress and large particles (900nm-65μm) sorting allow for more effective sorting of rare target cells with high activity. During the sorting process, cell culture medium, PBS and even seawater can be used as sheath fluid to ensure cell viability while enhancing monoclonal sorting efficiency.
